Here's the birthday boy and his wife Maria on the balconey of our timeshare on Kaanapali Beach. Next is Grandson Jon trying the water slide at the Pirate Pool (shallow pool reserved for the small fry), then "Snorkle Mike" emerging from the ocean after scaring some fish, and Michael and Maria wisely taking it all in from the beach.
Next there was a group hike up one of the rain forest-like canyons on the other side of the island, with swinging bridges over the river, and falls that proved irresistible to the swimmer of the group, and last Mike trying the BIG water slide, and some of the group enjoying a birthday celebratory drink downtown.
